  • Where are the Virtual Assistants located?
Our VAs are located in the Philippines. Not only is it a low-cost solution to what you need, but they are also known for having great work ethics. We would know. Our CEO is a Filipino!
  • What Hours will the Virtual assistant work?
Your VA is able to work in your preferred time zone.
  • What tasks can I delegate to my VA?
A VA is able to perform tasks that an office assistant is able to perform, except maybe picking up your coffee. They can order it for you, however.
  • How do I keep track of the hours?
We require our VA to track their time by using a Time Tracking Software or website. The VA will also keep a log of all their activities within the day and send you a report at the end of the day.
  • How do you select and train new VAs?
We have a dedicated VA coordinator who regularly promotes, and advertises our training program to highly motivated VAs across social media. She screens each applicant to ensure that they uphold the qualities that we have come to recognize in top VA candidates who have come before.
  • What is the policy regarding Holidays?
We have a “No work, no pay” policy for Philippine Holidays with the exception of Christmas and New Year which are also celebrated holidays in the US. If the VA is asked to work during these Philippine holidays the client will be billed 200% of the hourly rate and the VA will be paid 200% for hours worked.  Here is the list of Philippine holidays that EGS recognizes. • Do you provide part-time VAs?
Yes, our virtual assistants can start at a minimum of 20 Hours per week, or 80 hours a month.  We also have A La Carte Services with fewer hours, where a VA will only handle a specific need in your business like Social Media Management, or other special projects.
  • How long is the notice period when a VA decides to leave?
The VA is required to provide a 30 Day Notice for proper turnover. During Onboarding, we also encourage you and your VA to record the systems and processes that will be built in case of service interruption such as this. EGS will replace the VA with another suitable candidate within 3-10 business days.
  • Can I change my VA if I’m not happy with him/her?
Yes. If in case you feel that a change is needed for whatever reason, we will be introducing you to 2 other candidates for no additional cost to you. Though this rarely happens. We also ensure from the get-go to match not only the skills of the VA to what your specific needs are, but also match the energy of the VA to your own.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel the service at any time. Please give us 30 days' notice for any changes in your partnership.
