Karla is the VA Coordinator for Elevation Global Solutions. She manages the Hiring, Recruitment, and Onboarding of new VAs to the team. She has greatly contributed to developing the systems and processes aligned with VA relations and hiring and recruitment. She ensures that we are updated with our evaluations and that our VA"s are growing in their roles by keeping in touch with their needs and progress. Karla has been in the BPO industry for 5 years handling customer service, billing sales, and insurance. She excelled as an agent and was promoted to a non-life insurance BPO account as a process trainer. She has mastered process development, creating training plans, and people management as she also manages agents during their nesting period. Her expertise has greatly contributed to developing the processes for hiring and recruitment.
