Aurelia Grinstead, born and raised in the Philippines, understands the struggle of finding opportunities and the opportunity to have career advancement without going abroad or leaving their loved ones in the province and working in the city. Coming to the United States in 2009, starting multiple businesses, and working long hours, as a social entrepreneur she understands the need for leverage, and therefore coming from both worlds, she is able to “Bridge the Cultural Gap” between both ends.
